Dr Carmen Chong, (Dentist) – BDSc (QLD), BEng (Hons)
Training and Memberships
Dr Carmen Chong (Dentist) attended the University of Queensland to obtain a Bachelor of Dental Science. Since her graduation, she worked in two busy practices in Sydney, then decided to move to the Brisbane area where she grew up. She enjoys providing general dentistry with a particular interest in implant dentistry and orthodontics.
To update her skills, Dr Carmen attends continuing education courses on a variety of topics. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Society of Endodontology.
Outside of Dentistry
Before entering the dental field, Dr Carmen contracted with the Royal Australian Air Force to develop and review aviation industry management systems. During her time as a service provider, she was able to pursue her passion for aviation and flying. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, travelling and mountain climbing.
Dr Carmen lives and works in a multicultural community, and as such, likes to treat patients from a spectrum of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
